Amazon’s corporate campus features large open-plan offices designed for collaboration and flexibility. While these spaces encourage teamwork, they also created significant acoustic challenges due to high ceilings, hard surfaces, and densely packed workstations. Excessive noise negatively impacted employee focus, productivity, and satisfaction.

SOLUTION
All Noise Control conducted a detailed acoustic assessment, mapping noise hotspots and reflection points across the office space. Based on this analysis: Custom acoustic ceiling baffles were designed to target mid-and high-frequency reflections.Baffles were installed in staggered arrays above collaborative zones, phone areas, and open desks. Materials were selected to balance acoustic performance with a sleek, modern aesthetic. Installation was phased during non-peak hours to avoid disruption.
RESULTS
- Ambient noise reduced by 40%, measured using sound level meters before and after installation.
